The KLAVISZ Bung / Closure Processor is designed for dual operation, combining closure washing and treatment with steam sterilization in a single integrated system.
This integrated configuration helps reduce equipment footprint, handling requirements and additional investment while providing a controlled and repeatable process for pharmaceutical closures.
Rubber stoppers or bungs are in direct contact with pharmaceutical products and therefore require effective cleaning and sterilization. The KLAVISZ system is designed to provide controlled processing of elastomeric closures through washing, treatment and final sterilization.

Sterile Unloading System
Upon completion of the processing cycle, the sterilized stoppers are automatically unloaded into pre-sterilized containers or bags within the sterile area, under a fixed laminar airflow unit, without manual operator intervention
